Law of attractions is a philosophy based on the principle that our thoughts have the power to shape our experiences. Based on the principle of “like attracts like”, this laws states that focusing on positive thoughts, belief and emotions can manifest desired outcomes in areas like health, finances and relationship.

Daily practices of positive affirmations, creative visualization and maintaining a growth mindset align our thoughts and energy with a desired outcome.

Though there is no scientific evidence to support this law, the techniques used to implement this law helps to maintain a positive mindset. And it’s easier for us to seek out for opportunities leading to fulfill our desires.

Core principle of law of attraction

It says that our thoughts become our reality. When we focus on positive thoughts, we generate positive feelings and emit positive energy or vibrations in the universe. As earlier said “like attracts like”, our positivity attracts opportunities and abundance into our life.

Therefore, if we really want to implement this law into our life, we need to focus on positivity and gratitude. We need to cultivate positive thoughts, beliefs, and emotions about our goals and desires. And we should be thankful for everything that we have either achieved or experience.

We all want to live a happy life filled with health, success and positivity. And we do all possible things to achieve it.

Manifesting desired life happens when we set specific goals and use belief, visualization, affirmations and actions to reach them. 

Everyone has their unique idea about what would enhance their lives. Therefore, getting specific about what we want and why we are chasing them, make it easy to follow our goals.

Visualizing how our dream life would be make it our daily existential experience. In visualization technique, we need to create a vivid image of our desire as if it’s happening right now. Once we engage all our senses such as vision, smell, taste, hearing and touch it’s easy for us to envisioned a reality of situation.

To make law of attraction more effective, we need to practice gratitude on a daily basis.

Yes, gratitude is the only thing that helps us to stay in a positive mindset. And when we are in right set of mind, it’s easier for us to look out for opportunities related to our desires.

But remember just looking out for opportunities is not sufficient. Once, we are aware of these opportunities, we need to take concrete actions to reach at our destination.

If you take a closure look at implementing a law of attraction, it involves clear goal setting, daily reminder with affirmations, vision board and visualization, practicing gratitude and taking actions.

It takes practice and dedication, but once mastered we can finally get the result we want.
