It’s natural to think how one can achieve desired outcomes just with writing.

You may have heard about manifestations. Manifestation is based on law of attraction that involves using different techniques to fulfil your desires. Scripting i.e. writing in details about your desire as if it is achieved is considered as one of the most effective manifestation technique.

Practicing scripting for better outcomes

Scripting manifestation technique involves writing about your desired outcomes as if they have already fulfilled. By simply writing down your desires in details you can make them to feel real and this help you to get aligned with positive emotions. Once you are in a right frame of mind, you look for opportunities that lead to achieve your desires.

Scripting is nothing but the written visualization process that uses the power of law of attraction.

To practice scripting, you need to follow certain steps on a daily basis.

Select specific goals or desires that seem to be possible to achieve. Now, you need to write a thank you letter to your future-self expressing gratitude for fulfilling your desires. Write these desires as if you have already fulfilled them and living a life of satisfaction and happiness. Describe your journey of achieving desires with specific details, feelings and emotions.

For examples, if you want to earn one lakh rupees by writing blogs, your letter would be like,

Thank you universe,

Thank you for everything you have given to me. Today, I feel happy and satisfied. I have a great sense of relief. I have written 1,000 blogs related to emotional wellness on my website. People love to read my blogs, shared to others and really get benefited. I have almost 1 millions daily visitors on my website. I have 1 million followers on Twitter and 1 million followers on Instagram. My blogs are getting popular day by day. I am earning one lakh rupees per month by blog writing, advertising and branding.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity. I am really grateful to you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Science behind scripting 

Scripting is not a one day process. You need to repeat this as many times as possible. With the repetition, the information about your desires gets fed into your subconscious mind. This helps to activate reticular activating system (RAS), a network of neurons responsible for regulating attention and consciousness. This improves your focus on opportunities and you automatically start to find ways that help to achieve your goals.

Coming to above mentioned example, when you wish to earn one lakh rupees per month, first you have to find suitable career option. Once you are clear about your career e.g. blog writing in this case, you have to be precise about a niece i.e. blogs related to specific topic, say emotional wellness in this case. You should be clear about number of blogs you are going to posts, number of visitors checking your website, and other resources from where you can get website traffic. 

When you wrote down everything about them, it’s easy for your mind to look for  possible sources of opportunities and resources to generate income.

Now, the next question is why to write down in the past tense only?

When you write in the present tense there is full scope to get doubtful about how you are going to achieve it. This enhances anxiety and fear.

On the contrary, when you wrote in the past tense as if you have already fulfilled your desire, there is no scope for doubting. And when you are pretty much clear about ways to fulfill your desire, there is scope for faith, hope and possibility. 

As you know, hope is a powerful tool to expect something better to happen. And when combined with goal-directed actions, manifesting your desire life is easy to accomplish.
