A belief in your capabilities leads to more optimistic outlook on life. This help to maintain a self-view, a view of ourselves as good, virtuous, and having control over some of the important aspects of your lives. This eventually help you to make positive and healthy life choices and even feels a stronger, larger sense of self.

Writing positive affirmations can help you to focus more on your goals and aspirations promoting motivation, clarity and sense of purpose. This helps to calm your mind and promote inner peace.

Positive affirmations usually attract positive experiences by fostering a mindset of positivity and abundance.
