Being successful means achieving of the results wanted or hoped for or the achievement of something that you have been trying to do. The success of something is the fact that it works in a satisfactory way or has the result that is intended.

Still, for the majority of people, being successful means achieving fame, wealth, achievements in professional life and having a good source of income.

Now the question is, if someone is highly successful in his/her career but develops major health issues due to work-related stress, then what is the use of such success? He/she may be financially sound but somewhere suffer a lot due to physical illness.

Likewise, suppose if someone gains popularity overnight but have conflicting family relationships, he/she may not be able to enjoy success to fullest. People may appreciate him/her for extra-ordinary work but he/she will definitely missed out the happiness of good family.

Mental clarity being way to success

There are number of books, internet articles giving tips on how to be successful in life. Unfortunately, only few of us become successful. Even if they so, only few are really happy with their own life.

There is a wise saying that,

“Don’t run behind the success. Run behind the excellence and success will follow you.”

Single most important thing to be successful in life is being a human with good mental clarity.

A mental clarity helps us to stay in the right frame of mind which is important to, visualise our goals, give our best , identify our strengths and weaknesses, stay confident in our judgment and decisions, always keep learning, track our progress and review it often, embrace challenges and overcome obstacles, develop skillset and add values to personal and professional life.

When we are mentally healthy, we are not only able to set appropriate goals but able to pursue them without disruption too.

Achieving or succeeding at something is not an overnight task. It is a long process that involves both simple and complicated steps. Starting from setting goals, giving our best, identifying strengths and weaknesses, learning skills, overcoming obstacles, embracing challenges, adopting changes, exploring different ways, asking for advice or help and being consistent with our efforts is a lengthy and tedious process.

This requires lots of mental strength and emotional mastery.

So, before achieving anything it is sensible to know that we are in the right frame of mind. When we have mental clarity, we are not only ready to give our best but accept associated risks without guilt.
