Though the benefits of gratitude look pretty impressive, practicing it is not a one-day act. We need to be consistent in our efforts to reap maximum benefits of gratitude.
Therefore, keeping a gratitude journal is one of the easiest way to practice gratitude in everyday life.
Simply taking a notebook and pen and writing down about people, places and things for which we are grateful for do wonders.
Let’s for example, today I am grateful for mom, dad, siblings, friends, teachers, colleagues, home, school, office, food, car, education, job, salary etc.
We can also elaborate this by writing reasons why we are grateful for that particular thing.

Today I am grateful for my friend who always listen to me and trust me. Today I am grateful for my mom and dad who give me all basic necessities. No matter how challenging our life is , there are always good things which we must appreciate.
Practicing simple acts of gratitude, helps us to change our outlook to see the world as a better place and build a positive frame of mind.
